The Washington City Paper recently launched the 2012 Self-Improvement Guide, which seems to be a resource on how to learn to do EVERYTHING (including bike maintenance, of course). CITY BIKES
All three City Bikes locations (Adams Morgan, Capitol Hill, and Chevy Chase) offer free basic bicycle maintenance classes Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. Register at citybikes.com.
BicycleSpace

THE Bike House
The Bike House’s free Saturday morning bicycle clinics at Qualia Coffee are on hiatus until February or March. THE BIKE RACK

Washington Area Bicyclist Association
WABA offers confident city cycling classes at three levels, instruction in traffic skills, group riding for competition, training seminars for those interested in hosting bike clinics, and League of American Bicyclists-certified instructor training.
